Baltimore Pro Bowl DT Nnamdi Madubuike was among four Ravens starters who were ruled out of Monday night’s game against the Detroit Lions

Baltimore returned to practice on Saturday in advance of Week 5, and Nnamdi Madubuike was among four players who were ruled out for Monday night’s matchup against the Detroit Lions. Isaiah Likely participated in the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday sessions but preached patience about his return.

Madubuike, Patrick Ricard, and Kyle Van Noy were among the three starters who did not participate. Madubuike hasn’t missed a game due to injury since his rookie season in 2020, and missing Monday night will end a streak of 55 straight games played for defensive tackle. Harbaugh said he couldn’t share many details on the injury, and the team is unsure when it occurred during Sunday’s 41-17 win over the Cleveland Browns. The Ravens are determining the next course of action with Madubuike, who didn’t practice all week.

Rookie sixth-round pick Aeneas Peebles has shone in limited action and is expected to see increased playing time in Madubuike’s absence. Peebles has one tackle in two games this season, but has drawn praise from PFF.

Marlon Humphrey, Rasheen Ali (concussion), and John Jenkins (personal) were all full participants and have no injury designation.

For Detroit, four players are questionable.

Marcus Davenport (chest) was again a non-participant and will likely not play for Detroit. Davenport sustained the injury in Week 2 against the Chicago Bears, but head coach Dan Campbell confirmed it is not season-ending. Left tackle Taylor Decker and linebacker Jack Campbell returned to practice Friday. Al-Quadin Muhammad could see an increased role.
