Week 3 is nearly complete, with only the Detroit Lions and Baltimore Ravens left to finish it out with a big Monday night matchup. Along with the final scores are several injuries to watch coming out of Sunday’s slate.

Los Angeles Chargers running back Najee Harris appeared to suffer a potentially season-ending Achilles injury. He went down without contact while pushing off his left foot in the second quarter and had to be carted off the field. While Harris will undergo further tests, Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed an Achilles injury.

Nick Bosa left the San Francisco 49ers’ win over the Arizona Cardinals with a knee injury. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said the team believes Bosa avoided an ACL tear, but can’t yet rule it out. He will be further evaluated to determine the severity of the injury.
Dallas Cowboys receiver CeeDee Lamb suffered an ankle injury in the first quarter of a 31-14 loss to the Chicago Bears on Sunday. He attempted to return, but was later ruled out. However, when asked if he can play in next week’s marquee matchup versus the Green Bay Packers, Lamb said, “Absolutely, absolutely.“

Cardinals running back James Conner was also carted off the field after his right ankle bent back awkwardly on a tackle early in the second half. Following the game, head coach Jonathan Gannon said he did not know how severe Conner’s injury might be, though an ESPN source indicated that the injury appears to be season-ending.
Mike Evans left the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 29-27 win over the New York Jets in the fourth quarter with a hamstring injury. Evans could be seen throwing off his helmet in frustration. Head coach Todd Bowles called the injury “a hamstring tweak” afterward, with tests pending. However, Evans has struggled with hamstring injuries before, which caused him to miss three games last season.
In non-injury news, an intriguing story coming out of Week 3 is Kirk Cousins’ possible trade value. After reports of no NFL teams showing interest in the veteran despite several having quarterback needs, Cousins took over for Michael Penix Jr. in Sunday’s 30-0 loss to the Carolina Panthers. He completed 5 of 7 passes for 29 yards, which may not have been enough of an audition for other teams. But Atlanta coach Raheem Morris made it clear that Cousins was not going to start over Penix.
