The Buffalo Bills have added future potential by selecting offensive tackle Chase Lundt last in Round 6 of the 2025 NFL Draft. Lundt played right tackle at Connecticut, where he was a proficient run blocker and pass protector.
Lundt is a prototypical NFL offensive tackle with a massive frame, standing just shy of 6’8” and 304 pounds with 32 5/8” arms and 9 5/8” hands. He enters the league a lean and athletic lineman who can help set the edge on run plays and hold his own against defensive lineman.
Lundt isn’t walking into One Bills Drive as a starting NFL offensive lineman, but he represent an opportunity at real potential in the future with Buffalo as a talented and experienced offensive tackle.
We had earmarked the Bills targeting an offensive tackle with upside to both offer competition and a chance to develop meaningful talent for the future, stating:
Buffalo would benefit from adding a prospect who can provide meaningful upside depth. Rylan Grable and Travis Clayton are behind Dion Dawkins, while backing up Spencer Brown are Ryan Van Demark and Richard Gouraige.
