WASHINGTON, D.C. (7News) — Jayden Daniels is making some progress.
The Commanders’ quarterback was at practice on Wednesday, participating in a limited fashion.
Daniels missed last week’s game against the Raiders with a knee injury. He also did not practice all of last week.

“He is doing everything he can to get there. He is the ultimate competitor,” Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said. “We’ll lean in on the medical side, too, where they are the ones to fully clear him. He’s working really hard to hit all the things he needs to hit.”
Wideout Terry McLaurin did not practice on Wednesday. He is dealing with a quad injury, which he suffered in the Raiders game. McLaurin is currently seeking additional opinions on his injured quad.
“It’s pretty normal when you have something, a second opinion takes place,” Quinn said on McLaurin. “As we get closer to Friday, I’ll know what it looks like for Sunday.”
McLaurin has not missed a game since Week 16 of the 2020 season, playing in 72 consecutive regular-season games.
The Commanders are set to face the Falcons in Atlanta on Sunday.
