The Jacksonville Jaguars released their first injury report of Week 4 ahead of their matchup against the San Francisco 49ers and included was wide receiver Dyami Brown.

Brown would exit the Jaguars‘ Week 3 win against Houston with a shoulder injury. Prior to Wednesday’s practice, head coach Liam Coen did not have any updates on what Brown’s timeline might look like.

Last week, Coen mentioned that Brian Thomas Jr. was dealing with a nagging wrist injury, so he was again listed this week on the injury report but was a full participant.

Bhayshul Tuten (shoulder) was limited, as was the case last week, but he did not wear the non-contact pinnie for Wednesday’s practice, according to Mia O’Brien.

Patrick Mekari was limited with an elbow injury, which is a new development coming out of Sunday’s game, while Ezra Cleveland was limited with an ankle injury. He was questionable before last week’s game, but ended up playing.

Lastly, Wyatt Milum was limited as he continues to work his way back from a knee injury.
