What Bills fans can expect at Highmark Stadium for Bills vs. Saints

The Battle Boat, a fan-favorite item first introduced last year that features a massive bed of waffle fries topped with half Buffalo-style ingredients and the other half as a nod to the opponent, will be returning. This week the New Orleans Saints visit Buffalo and the Battle Boat will feature:
Buffalo Side: Mac & cheese, pulled pork, fried onions, BBQ sauce, jalapeños
New Orleans Side: Chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage, rice, creole sauce, scallions
MVP – Grilled flank steak with jalapeno relish, caramelized onion aioli, arugula and onion rings on a ciabatta roll.

Shrimp Po’*Boy* – Crispy fried shrimp in a split-top bun with lettuce, crispy onions and sriracha aioli.

DawkSide – Marinated jerk chicken sandwich with mango pineapple salsa and cilantro aioli on a pretzel roll.
Pork Knox – Pulled pork with pickled jalapenos, beer cheese and crispy onions on an amoroso roll.
