The Jacksonville Jaguars released their second injury report ahead of their Week 4 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, and one very noteworthy change was included.

After exiting Sunday’s win over Houston, wide receiver Dyami Brown was a non-participant in Wednesday’s practice due to a shoulder injury.

However, on Thursday, he was back on the practice field in a limited capacity.

Brown’s status for Sunday’s game remains unknown at this time, but his practice status on Friday could be telling.

The rest of the Jaguars‘ Thursday injury report remained the same as Wednesday.

Both Bhayshul Tuten and Ezra Cleveland were limited, and it’s worth noting that both were on last week’s injury report but did play in Week 3.

Wyatt Milum was limited again as he continues to work his way back from a knee injury, while Brian Thomas Jr. was a full participant for the second day in a row.

In addition to Brown, the one other addition to this week’s injury report is Patrick Mekari (elbow), who has been limited the first two days.
