This Sunday, the Tennessee Titans face the division rival Houston Texans at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, at 12:00 p.m. CDT.

Neither of these teams has won a game in 2025, and neither team has performed well on either side of the ball, so looking at fantasy options wasn’t an easy feat this week. It would be really easy to say to bench everyone, but we all know that’s not possible.

Someone has to play, right? And in a battle of winless teams with subpar offensive lines and weak defenses, it’s hard to predict what players will do.

Still, there are always players who perform well regardless of how the team does, and that includes these two teams. Sort of. Let’s take a look at who you should start and who you should sit in your fantasy football league from this Week 4 AFC South division rivalry.

Start: K Joey Slye

As of right now, Joey Slye is responsible for the majority of the points scored by the Titans this season. His one missed field goal was partially blocked, and the other was missed because Brian Callahan couldn’t make a decision, which ultimately led to a delay of game penalty. Slye has 33 of the Titans’ 51 points, and with the way the offense is performing right now, he will be called on often against the Texans on Sunday. Keep him starting.

Sit: WR Calvin Ridley

It’s hard to sit a guy like Calvin Ridley because, historically, he’s a solid receiver. But he has had a major regression somehow and can’t figure out how to catch the ball. He’s been targeted 21 times and caught just eight passes for 111 yards. He has no touchdowns this season, and tight end Chig Okonkwo currently leads the team in receiving yards. Until Ridley shows that he’s going to catch the ball, keep him on your bench.

Start: WR Nico Collins

The Titans will have L’Jarius Sneed hunting down Nico Collins on Sunday. Collins is the Texans’ top wide receiver, and Sneed is the Titans’ top cornerback, especially after losing Jarvis Brownlee Jr. Collins has 14 receptions on 25 targets for 181 yards and two touchdowns through the first three games. 104 of those yards came against the Jacksonville Jaguars last week, so Collins will be riding momentum as well as facing a poor defense.

Sit: QB C.J. Stroud

Nothing against C.J. Stroud here, but his line is no better than Cam Ward’s offensive line. Stroud has been sacked eight times in three games. He’s thrown three interceptions to two touchdowns, and ranks among the bottom of all quarterbacks for yards thrown. Stroud has so much potential, but his line is holding him back. Keep him on the bench this week, despite what appears to be a favorable matchup.

Start: RB Nick Chubb

The Titans have one of the worst running defenses in the NFL. Nick Chubb has 34 carries for 141 yards and a touchdown this season, and with Collins likely to take a few to shake L’Jarius Sneed, expect the Texans to run the ball. Last week, Jonathan Taylor rushed for 102 yards and three touchdowns against the Titans. The loss of T’Vondre Sweat to injury has crippled the Titans’ defense. Chubb will get his yards, and he’ll probably find the end zone on Sunday.
