How was the playing time divided? Below are the individual snap counts on defense and special teams for every player who got into the game, grouped by position.
The first number after each name is snaps and the second is the percentage. Players in bold were starters.
Arizona Cardinals Week 4 defensive snap counts: Defensive linemen
Dalvin Tomlinson (36/55), Calais Campbell (33/50), Dante Stills 33/50, Darius Robinson (30/45), P.J. Mustipher (28/42), Anthony Goodlow (19/29)
Reserve/injured (eligible to return): L.J. Collier, Justin Jones
Reserve/physically unable to perform: Bilal Nichols, Walter Nolen III
At the top of the tackle list from the group is Mustipher, who had four with one solo. Robinson can perhaps quiet some of the critics that look only at the stats when evaluating someone’s production. He had his first sack of the season, three tackles (two solo/two for loss) and a quarterback hit. Campbell had his third sack of the season, while also having three tackles (two solo/two for loss) and a QB hit. His stat line was exactly the same as Robinson with the exception that his sack was for seven yards and Robinson’s was for five. Unfortunately, Robinson suffered a chest injury.
