A former Alabama Crimson Tide offensive tackle is on the move. It was announced on X that Cam Robinson is being traded from the Houston Texans to the Cleveland Browns.
This will be Robinson’s fourth team since being drafted in the second round of the 2017 NFL draft. Prior to the season, Robinson signed a one-year, $12 million deal with Houston before being traded just four games into the season to Cleveland. The compensation for this move includes a swap of late-round picks in the 2027 NFL draft.

The Browns fell to 1-3 on Sunday after the 34-10 loss to the Detroit Lions. After jumping ahead 7-0 with the Quinshon Judkins touchdown, Cleveland was unable to sustain much offense. Detroit got to quarterback Joe Flacco three times in the game. He will likely slide into the left tackle spot on the offensive line.
This move should provide the Browns with some help along their struggling offensive line.
