The Indianapolis Colts released their first Week 5 injury report ahead of this Sunday’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders, and included were several key starters.

The good news is that Alec Pierce (concussion) and Matt Goncalves (toe) were both practicing on Wednesday. Pierce was a full participant and is still in concussion protocol, while Goncalves was limited.

Both players missed last Sunday’s game against the Rams, and their presence was very much missed.

On the flip side, Kenny Moore remained sidelined as he continues to work through an Achilles injury. Last week, Ian Rapoport reported that Moore could miss a couple of weeks.

Colts vs. Raiders Week 5 injury report

Xavien Howard was listed as a non-participant for a personal matter, while Zaire Franklin did not practice due to an ankle injury.

While it’s noteworthy anytime a player doesn’t practice, we still have to see how the rest of the week unfolds for Franklin when it comes to his availability.

Tyler Goodson was limited with a groin injury that he suffered in Sunday’s game, and Daniel Scott was added to the injury report with a knee injury. He also did not practice.

For those who did not practice on Wednesday, Thursday will be an important day when it comes to their potential statuses for Sunday.
