The Seattle Seahawks are likely to be a little thin on defense again this coming Sunday, as they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Seattle has been making do with their secondary at less than full strength, and will probably once again face this scenario.

The Seahawks released their injury report from Thursday’s practice. The only bit of good news is safety Nick Emmanwori is once again a full participant, continuing his trend towards making his return to the field. Seattle will need the rookie safety, as veteran Pro Bowler Julian Love is once again a non-participant. Joining him is cornerback Devon Witherspoon.

For two days now, Love and Witherspoon have not participated in practice. Both did manage to play against the Cardinals last week on Thursday Night Football, so there is still hope the Seahawks are holding them out of practice for precautionary reasons. The full injury report from Thursday’s practice can be seen below:

Did Not Participate:

DE DeMarcus Lawrence – Quad

S Julian Love – Hamstring

CB Devon Witherspoon – Knee
