The Tennessee Titans (0-4) will head west for their Week 5 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals (2-2) on Sunday.
The Titans are banged up and have already declared four players out heading into the weekend, and list another four as questionable, including Calvin Ridley.

Wide receiver Bryce Oliver (knee), tackle JC Latham, guard Blake Hance, and safety Mike Brown all missed practice and were declared out. Ridley, safety Kevin Winston Jr., defensive tackle James Lynch, and running back Tyjae Spears were limited and are listed as questionable.
