No. 10 Georgia will host No. 4 Ole Miss at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, the University of Georgia Athletic Association announced Monday. The matchup will be televised by SEC on ABC.

After receiving the night slot when it hosted Alabama and the noon slot when hosting Kentucky, Georgia will now get the 3:30 time slot for its third home SEC game. ABC will also televise the matchup between No. 12 Tennessee and No. 8 Alabama in Tuscaloosa, with that game scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

Georgia’s next three games are now all set to be televised by ABC — Oct. 11 at Auburn, Oct. 18 against Ole Miss and Nov. 1 against Florida in Jacksonville after the bye week. The Bulldogs’ final two SEC games, a road game against Mississippi State scheduled for noon on Nov. 8 and  a home game against Texas on Nov. 15, have not yet been assigned a network, but ESPN, ABC and SEC Network own the rights to all SEC games.

The contest against Ole Miss is set to be one of Georgia’s toughest, with the Rebels winning their first five games for the first time since 2022. College Football Playoff and SEC championship implications will be in play as Ole Miss hopes to stay undefeated and Georgia looks to avenge its 28-10 loss against the Rebels last season.

With Week 8 set to be one of the most exciting of the college football season and the first College Football Playoff rankings right around the corner, all eyes will be on the top 10 matchup between the Bulldogs and Rebels in Sanford Stadium.
