NFL Thanksgiving games are an annual tradition, with the Detroit Lions and Dallas Cowboys as the traditional hosts.
Fans will be treated to an enticing matchup with the Green Bay Packers facing the Lions to start the afternoon’s slate of games at 1:00 pm ET.
The day will continue with a showdown between the defending AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs and the Cowboys at 4:00 pm ET.
However, fans are not looking forward to the third and last matchup, the Cincinnati Bengals visiting the Baltimore Ravens for an AFC North rivalry game at 8:20 pm ET.

Entering the season, the matchup clearly moved the needle with Ravens two-time MVP Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry on one side of the field and star Joe Burrow on the other.
Fast forward to the end of Week 5, and both teams have a 1-4 record.
Both Jackson and Burrow have been out multiple games due to injury, with the latter likely not returning until December.
With Thanksgiving still a ways away, fans have demanded that the NFL flex the Ravens-Bengals matchup for another game instead.

“The NFL needs to flex out the Thanksgiving night game. For the sake of every football fan around the world,” one wrote.
“It’s going to be so bad,” another commented.
“Please flex that game out @nfl nobody wants to see that,” a third said.
“Hear me out ..maybe, just maybe.. old man Joe puts on a show. Nah. Flex it,” a fourth added.
But unfortunately for some NFL fans, the league cannot flex Thanksgiving Day games.
The fourth fan comment referred to Joe Flacco, the Bengals’ new starting quarterback.

Cincinnati acquired the 40-year-old from Cleveland on Tuesday after the struggles of Jake Browning.
The Thanksgiving game could feature Flacco taking on his former team, the Ravens, for the second time this season.
Flacco and the Browns lost 41-17 at Baltimore on September 14 in Week 2.

Flacco played 11 seasons with the Ravens, where he led the team to a Super Bowl victory in 2012.
And by the time the November 27 game hits, Jackson will likely have returned from his ankle injury weeks earlier.
