There’s some concern over Justin Herbert’s well-being following the first five games of the season.

The Los Angeles Chargers went unbeaten for three straight games to start their 2025 campaign under Jim Harbaugh, but have since lost on two consecutive outings ahead of their fixture against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

Herbert, who has been all types of viral lately on account of his relationship with Madison Beer, hasn’t had that great a time under center in recent times. While he’s undoubtedly one of the most accurate quarterbacks in the NFL, it’s hard to be your best when a pass rush is constantly coming at you.

The Chargers quarterback was sacked five times against the Denver Broncos in Week 3 and has taken 16 total sacks over the first five games of the season. Typically, there’s one unit to blame when a quarterback keeps taking hits, so it hardly requires an inquest to determine that L.A.’s offensive line is to blame.

A photo shared by Dov Kleiman on Twitter/X this Thursday had fans agreeing that the pressures have taken a toll on the QB.

Check it out below:

“Yeah, to be fair:  I would look battered too, if I was behind an Offensive Line this bad,” someone commented.

“Man’s out here aging like a President behind that O line, give that dude some blockers already,” said another.

“We’d all look like that after getting hit constantly through 5 games like a pinata at a kids birthday party…” wrote a third.

Not everyone bought it, however, given the conspicuous editing.

“Lmao bro just added a filter to the image and said “look at this!” a user joked.

“Bros hair just grows and that’s because the has no oline ☠️☠️☠️ wtf,” someone shared.

While he’s been hounded all season, Justin Herbert has maintained solid production. He opened the term with three touchdown passes against the Super Bowl finalists, the Kansas City Chiefs. He also logged 300 yards in that win over Denver despite the five sacks.

How he fares against Miami remains to be seen, but the Chargers will have some support from one of their most popular fans, with the rest of the fanbase already expecting a revealing snap following something spicy from Week 5.
