SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Former Iowa State quarterback Hunter Dekkers was invited to the New Orleans Saints Rookie minicamp over the weekend.
Dekkers participated in USD’s Pro Day, to help display his talents. The QB hasn’t played Division I football since 2022, where his career with the Cyclones came to a halt after losing his NCAA eligibility for team betting allegations.
The New Orleans Saints’ rookie minicamp started Friday, May 9th and it continued on May 10th and 11th.
