KANSAS CITY CHIEFS ace Trey Smith revealed how he met star team-mate Travis Kelce’s celebrity girlfriend Taylor Swift for the first time.

Swift, 35, and Kelce, 35, first hit the headlines after going public with their relationship at a Chiefs game in 2023.

Swift remembered all of Kelce’s team-mates and those of their loved ones

The star couple made it official when the 14-time Grammy-award-winning artist attended a game at Arrowhead with the tight end’s mother, Donna.

The singer then met the NFL superstar’s team-mates soon after and Smith, 25, was left stunned by how humble she was.

The guard immediately found Swift to be “dope” as well as a “beautiful human being”.

The composer won over Kelce‘s team-mates with a wonderful gesture after their first meeting.

And that is that Swift not only remembered every single one of their names, but also those of their loved ones.

Smith said in an appearance on New Rory and Mal: “It was just super normal, being able to meet her early on and just talking to her.

“I think you meet her as a human being, as a person face-to-face, you understand she is a beautiful human being.

“She is awesome, super nice, she is thougthful, she is kind. She remembered my name and my sister’s name after meeting us, months later. Just a small thing that meant a lot.

“For me, I didn’t know how big of a deal Taylor Swift was. How much of a star she is until she got there and I started realizing, like watching people move around and like, ok, this is different. 

“But I think the biggest thing with Taylor is how nice of a person she is. She really is dope, she is awesome.”

Kelce is now gearing up for the coming season with the Chiefs after a heartbreaking Super Bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
