The San Francisco 49ers came away from the 2025 NFL Draft with an 11-man draft class that largely addressed positions of need on the roster. For the first time during their tenure, president of football operations/general manager John Lynch and head coach Kyle Shanahan opened up the draft with five-straight defensive picks before opting to add depth at wide receiver, running back, quarterback, and the offensive line on Day 3. Six of the 49ers 11 picks were dedicated to the defense with three of those focused on fortifying the D-line.
