The Tennessee Titans were back on the field Thursday afternoon ahead of the team’s Week 7 matchup with the New England Patriots, and saw their already thin edge group take another hit.

Days after placing rookie Femi Oladejo on injured reserve (IR) with a fractured leg, the Titans saw veteran edge Dre’Mont Jones sit out practice due to a knee injury. That was a change from Wednesday when Jones went full.

He joined edge rusher Arden Key in rehabbing and watching practice, leaving the team with only Jihad Ward and Ali Gaye as edge players during the session.

Starting wide receiver Calvin Ridley also sat out practice with his hamstring injury, with a large group of players limited due to various ailments, including L’Jarius Sneed and James Lynch, both of whom missed practice on Wednesday due to injury.

Veterans Tony Pollard, Tyler Lockett, and Kevin Zeitler returned after a maintenance day.
