Recently released Indianapolis Colts linebacker Joe Bachie has landed with a new team.

Bachie tried out with the Tennessee Titans, according to The Athletic’s James Boyd, and was signed to their practice squad.

Indianapolis placed Bachie on injured reserve with a foot injury after the Week 5 game against Las Vegas. He was then released earlier this week.

Bachie, who played under Lou Anarumo in Cincinnati, was signed as a free agent earlier this offseason.

He would start at linebacker next to Zaire Franklin in each of the first five games. However, that WILL linebacker role that Bachie played was regularly rotated as Anarumo searched for stability at that position.

With Bachie on injured reserve, the Colts signed veteran Germaine Pratt, who was immediately thrown into the defensive mix this past week, and that aforementioned rotation next to Franklin was non-existent with Pratt on the field.

Perhaps not coincidentally, the Colts play the Titans next week.
