Titans 2025 schedule: What we know so far

With the Titans, all we know is who their opponents will be this season. There has not been any indication of what their schedule will look like, so we’re all waiting together.

Tennessee Titans opponents in 2025

In addition to their home-and-home series against their AFC South rivals, the Titans will face the AFC West and NFC West this coming season. They will also square off against the same-place finishers from the NFC South, AFC North, and AFC East and NFC South.

Home: Houston, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City, L.A. Chargers, L.A. Rams, Seattle, New England, New Orleans

Away: Houston, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Arizona, Denver, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Cleveland

Titans’ strength of schedule

According to projected 2025 win totals, the Titans have the eighth-easiest strength of schedule in the entire NFL for 2025. Based on 2024 win totals, the Titans’ strength of schedule is actually the fourth-easiest. Their opponents for 2025 had a combined win percentage of .450 and an overall record of 130-159.

Titans’ prime-time games

In 2024, the Titans had just one primetime game, a Monday Night Football game against the Miami Dolphins. That was one of the few games they won in 2024, and while teams can play a maximum of six primetime games, the Titans’ appearances have dwindled.

Over the last five years, the Titans have appeared in 15 primetime games, winning eight of those. They played in four primetime games in 2020, three in 2021, five in 2022, two in 2023, and one in 2024. The NFL bases its primetime decisions on two things: win percentage and ratings. The Titans won’t bring ratings in most areas outside the Midwest, so they have to win to earn those games, and 2024 was not kind to Tennessee.

Titans predictions, picks: How many games will Tennessee win?

BetMGM currently has the Titans’ early over-under on wins at 5.5 games. It’s the second-lowest total in the NFL behind the Cleveland Browns. It’s the lowest total in the AFC South. The Houston Texans are predicted to win 9.5 games, and the Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianapolis Colts both sit at 7.5 games.

The Philadelphia Eagles, Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, and Baltimore Ravens sit at the top of the league with an over-under of 11.5.

What do Titans want to see on the 2025 schedule?

The Titans’ away games have them going to all corners of the country this year. San Francisco, Denver, Arizona, Jacksonville, and Houston are all on the slate. The biggest places they’d want to travel before winter truly hits are Denver and Cleveland. Jacksonville and Houston are standard trips for the Titans each year as divisional matchups.

When is the Titans’ schedule release?

The Titans’ 2025 regular season schedule will be officially released on Wednesday, May 14 at 8:00 p.m. ET on NFL Network.
