The Green Bay Packers and cheesemaker Sargento plan a drive-through food drive on Oct. 28 at Lambeau Field.
Food will be collected by Packers and Sargento employees in Lot 4, near the intersection of Lombardi Avenue and South Ridge Road, from 2-7 p.m. Drivers should enter off Lombardi Avenue and follow signs toward a yellow Sargento semi.
All nonperishable foods are welcome, but those most in need include:

Canned meats, seafood, poultry and peanut butter.
Canned fruit in light syrup.
Whole grains, including pasta and cereal.
Thanksgiving-specific items, such as cranberry sauce and stuffing and gravy.
Food will be donated to Paul’s Pantry in Green Bay.

As part of its Touchdowns for Hunger program, Sargento donates $2,000 for every touchdown the Packers score during the regular season. The money is shared by Paul’s Pantry and Hunger Task Force in Milwaukee. The program has provided more than $1.9 million in hunger relief since 2003.
