The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are coming off just their second loss of the season, this one coming to the Detroit Lions on the road. They have a chance to bounce back against the New Orleans Saints in Week 8. The team has a good record of dealing with the Saints in recent years, but anything is possible given the health of the team this year.
The Bucs have their Bye Week on the horizon, the team is looking to survive one more week as they look to make it there in at least one extra piece. They are already beaten up, but the Saints at 1-6 are prime for the picking in a bounce-back game.
The team will lean on Baker Mayfield to become a playmaker and MVP candidate once again, and the defense will need to step up as they will be down Haason Reddick. However, the biggest question mark will be surrounding the health of Vita Vea, who is questionable, and Antoine Winfield Jr., who is primed for a big game.
Here is our Bucs’ game preview.
