Packers coach Matt LaFleur talks about working with Aaron Rodgers
Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur coached the future Hall of Fame quarterback from 2019-2022 to start LaFleur’s head coaching career.
The Pittsburgh Steelers will play their second consecutive prime-time game in Week 8 of the NFL season, playing their first of two consecutive home games when they face the Green Bay Packers Sunday night.
Last week, the Steelers dropped a game to their divisional foe, the Cincinnati Bengals, 33-31. Despite throwing two interceptions in the game, quarterback Aaron Rodgers was 23-for-34 passing, throwing for 249 yards and four touchdowns, connecting with tight end Pat Freiermuth for a pair of scores on five receptions. This is Rodgers’ first meeting against the Packers since being traded to the New York Jets in 2023.
The Packers come into the matchup riding a victory over the Arizona Cardinals, 27-23. Josh Jacobs led the team with a pair of touchdown runs, finishing with 55 yards on the ground. Micah Parsons recorded three sacks in the victory as well.
With the Steelers and Packers getting set to kick later this evening, here is how you can catch all of the action.
