3. Washington Commanders

The Washington Commanders are 3-5, but that shouldn’t stop them from trying to trade for Tony Pollard. While the team has battled injuries at key positions throughout the season, they have the talent to compete when healthy. Jayden Daniels is still a great quarterback, Deebo Samuel and Terry McLaurin are a great duo, and while the defense needs some help, they could do with a cheap upgrade at the running back position.

Despite being one of the biggest winners of the offseason, seventh-round pick Jacory Croskey-Merritt has not done much to inspire confidence over the past few weeks. Perhaps the rookie seventh-round pick can turn it around, but the Commanders would benefit from a Tony Pollard trade. Adding a proven back could do wonders for this offense, and seeing as he shouldn’t cost much on the trade market, getting him is the perfect low-risk, medium-reward move a 3-5 team should make.
