The Detroit Lions are one of the top teams in the NFL with multiple elite running backs on Dan Campbell’s roster, but one of their biggest stars took some time away from the field recently to have some fun showing off an epic Halloween costume inspired by another sport.

While WWE isn’t always for everyone, clearly Jahmyr Gibbs is a massive supporter of the entertainment business based on his costume this year. The NFC North star was spotted on social media this week showing off a Jeff Hardy-inspired look, who was one of the premier wrestlers in WWE for many years before moving over to TNA with his brother Matt Hardy.

Gibbs has been on a tear this season with the Lions after rushing for over 500 yards and scoring six touchdowns through the first eight weeks of the NFL campaign, and despite the fact that Detroit has Super Bowl aspirations once again in 2025 it’s clear that their players are still enjoying themselves during their off time.
Perhaps Gibbs will be able to link up with his favorite WWE superstar at some point and give fans the crossover collaboration that they all want.
