The Green Bay Packers had a scout in attendance for the Big 10 matchup between the Wisconsin Badgers and Oregon Ducks on Saturday. The Ducks knocked off the Badgers 21-7 and had a number of standouts on the defensive side of the ball.

A potential Kingsley Enagbare replacement

Enagbare is set to be a free agent this offseason and his name has been floated around the rumor mill as the trade deadline approaches. Even if Enagbare isn’t traded, he’s likely not going to get a second contract for the Packers.

If Enagbare leaves free agency or in a potential trade, they’ll still have Micah Parsons, Rashan Gary, Lukas Van Ness and Barryn Sorrell on the roster. But injuries happen, and a team can never have enough talented defensive ends. A potential target in the draft to replace Enagbare is Oregon defensive end Teitum Tuioti.

Tuioti was active, once again against the run on Saturday. He recorded .5 tackle for loss and five run stops. He plays the run with relentless effort and active hands to get off blocks and get his hands on the ball carrier.

Tuioti’s strong play against the run on Saturday is not a new trend. He’s been one of the best run defenders in the country all season. His 25 run stops are tied for the most among edge defenders (PFF).

Green Bay’s potential first pick

A’Mauri Washington continues to be the leader in the clubhouse to be Green Bay’s target in the second round (if he falls that far). The Oregon defensive tackle had another solid outing against the Badgers with four run stops and his highest run grade defense of the season (81.4). He also knocked down one pass.

Washington showcased his brute strength at the point of contact on Saturday. He’s not just a space eater. He has the power to drive through offensive linemen to make plays behind the line of scrimmage.

The Packers will almost certainly look to beef up the interior of their defensive line this offseason and if Washington is still on the board when the Packers are on the clock in the second round, he’d be a sound pick to kick off the 2026 draft.

Potential starting right guard in 2026

Emmanuel Pregnon continued his strong season on Saturday. Oregon’s starting left guard gave up zero sacks and zero pressures on Saturday.

The USC transfer is a powerful run blocker who plays with a bully mentality. In pass protection, he’s been nearly flawless all season. He’s alert and has the strength to anchor against power.

The Packers could lose Rasheed Walker and Sean Rhyan to free agency this offseason, and if that happens, they may move Jordan Morgan to left tackle, creating a need for a new starting right guard.

Pregnon has experience playing both guard spots. With his athleticism and experience, he could be a potential target for the Packers when the 2026 draft rolls around.
