Bengals defensive end Hendrickson speaks on rumors ahead of trade deadline
Uh, I stopped doing hopes and all that stuff *** long time ago. It’s, uh, you are where your feet are, and, um, you know, I’m incredibly blessed to be where I am right now, you know, there’s this is the National Football League, you know, first or last, you know, it’s, it’s, it’s ***, there’s *** limited amount of spots here and this is an incredible blessing, you know, sick for the fans I’m sick for the people that, you know, come and watch us and. It’s tough games, but again, like moving forward, I think we’ll make the corrections we need to and uh get back in the winds have been approached at all that come up? I don’t think I’ve caught wind of anything over the last 5 years, so I don’t, I don’t, uh, I don’t expect anything anymore. So again, um, be where your feet are incredibly blessed, thankful for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to be here. And again, another bit of adversity with this injury and. Uh, overcoming that like I, I’d like to see my opponent that’s hitting me, you know, that would be nice, but, uh, again, you, uh, you always get what you want, learn that too. Do you feel that was *** cheap shot, Trey? Uh, it’s football, right? Like, you know, we know we signed up for. I didn’t see *** flag hit the ground, so I don’t think, uh, I don’t think they thought it was cheap. So for us who don’t line up every Sunday, how unordinary is *** play like that for you to experience? Well, it happened 2 times in 4 weeks, so it’s seeming to be *** trend here. So, um, you know, I might have to like put like eyes on the back of my head or something to deter people from hitting me there.
