The Las Vegas Raiders face a stern test when visiting the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football to kick off Week 10.

The return of All-Pro tight end Brock Bowers brought life to the Raiders offense in Week 9, although they fell to the Jacksonville Jaguars, aided by a new NFL record being set, and dropped to 2-6.

The Broncos (7-2) are one of the NFL’s hottest teams having won six straight games coming into Thursday and lead the AFC West ahead of the Los Angeles Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs.

Let’s get into the three best bets for Thursday night’s game.

The Broncos defense has not been as shut down as once imagined, and the Raiders’ offense got a big boost with Bowers back in the lineup.

For those reasons, I am backing this game to go over what is a low 42.5-point total.

Denver has given up a combined 56 points in its last two home games, and reigning Defensive Player of the Year Pat Surtain (pectoral) remains sidelined for this game, a big blow when facing one of the NFL’s top pass catchers in Bowers.

Vegas has struggled mightily on offense for much of the season, but Bowers’ return enhances the passing game and should give rookie Ashton Jeanty some extra chances to break a run or two.

The Raiders put up a season-high 29 points in their Week 9 loss, largely thanks to Bowers putting the offense on his back.

The second-year tight end exploded for 127 yards and three touchdowns in his return from a knee injury that kept him out since Week 4.

With Jakobi Meyers shipped off at the trade deadline, Geno Smith will lean even more on Bowers when facing one of the league’s best defensive fronts on Thursday night.

Harvey has impressed in limited opportunities so far in his debut season. The 2025 second-round pick has logged 371 total yards and six touchdowns despite playing just 29.3% of Denver’s offensive snaps.

His role in the Broncos’ offense continues to grow, most recently catching a season-high five passes in Week 9. Having cleared this line in back-to-back games, I am backing Harvey to go over 44.5 rushing and receiving yards against the Raiders.
