Lions’ St. Brown says he’s looking forward to rematch with Commanders

St. Brown said that the Commanders game was circled on his calendar before the season, but now he feels the team is more into its weekly motions.

The Detroit Lions are still missing some key contributors on both sides of the ball in Week 10.

The Lions (5-3) are beating up the Washington Commanders (3-6) on Sunday, Nov. 9, at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland.

This is a rematch of their NFC divisional round playoff meeting on Jan. 5 when the Commanders upset the Lions by winning 45-31 at Ford Field, ending Detroit’s Super Bowl aspirations.

The Lions have suffered some more injuries during this game, notably losing cornerback Terrion Arnold to a concussion.

Right tackle Penei Sewell and center Graham Glasgow exited briefly with injuries, but both returned to the game.
