Jeremy Cluff writes: “The Jets have impressed in getting two straight wins after an 0-7 start, but a win over the 8-2, AFC East-leading Patriots, who have won seven games in a row, would really be impressive. We don’t think New York’s offense can keep up with New England.”
Bookies.com: Bet the Jets to cover vs Patriots
Bill Speros writes: “Break up the Jets. Gang Green came off the bye with a 27-20 win over Cleveland. New York’s second-straight victory came after the Jets took a wrecking ball to their roster at the trade deadline. Gang Green has made some green for the bold, going 5-4 ATS despite a 2-7 record SU. The Jets’ mini-Super Bowl parade comes to an early conclusion Thursday night in New England. The Patriots won their 7th straight Sunday, as Stef Diggs, Treveyon Henderson, and MVP-favorite Drake Maye sank the Buccaneers’ Pirate Ship in Tampa Bay. This number, however, remains a concern for the Patriots on a short week and coming off a bruising over the Bucs. They’ll be happy with a 17-10 win and a long break.”
The site’s formula predicts that the Patriots will win the NFL Week 11 game against the Jets.
ESPN: Patriots have a 72.1% chance to beat Jets on Thursday Night Football
The site gives the Jets a 27.7% shot at winning the NFL Week 11 game, with the remaining percentage accounting for a tie.
Dimers: Patriots 24, Jets 19
It writes: “After extensive simulations, our model gives the Jets a win probability of 32%, while the Patriots have a win probability of 68%.”
Sportsnaut: New England Patriots 28, New York Jets 13
Matt Johnson writes: “The Garrett Wilson injury (knee) is just another factor working against the New York Jets in this Thursday Night Football matchup. Making things worse for the Jets, they are facing a New England Patriots team that has allowed the fewest rushing yards per game (79.2) this season and the second-lowest yards per carry (3.8). If all of that isn’t enough to make this a bad matchup for New York, with its issues defending deep passes, New England has all the advantages to win this one comfortably.”
