The Washington Commanders make their second appearance in an international game this weekend when they “host” the Miami Dolphins in Madrid, Spain, at 9:30 a.m. EDT.

The Commanders‘ first appearance overseas was in 2016 in London, England. This time, they will make history by participating in the first-ever NFL game played in Spain. It’s a battle between 3-7 teams that are only on semi-equal footing because of injuries to much of the Commanders’ roster. Those injuries make building a solid starting fantasy roster difficult if any of those players are on your team.

It’s not impossible, though. Let’s take a look at fantasy players to start and sit in this Week 11 international matchup.

Start: RB De’Von Achane

This is a no-brainer. Achane is, by far, the Dolphins’ No. 1 running back, logging double-digit carries in every game since Week 1, and at least five targets in all but two games. Volume is king in fantasy, and Achane is reigning supreme. The Commanders’ run defense was exploited by the Detroit Lions in Week 10, when Jahmyr Gibbs rushed for 172 total yards. Achane and the Dolphins’ offensive staff will have certainly watched the film from that game and have a plan in place for Achane to replicate what Gibbs did.

Sit: QB Marcus Mariota

It might be tempting to play Mariota this week, but Miami ranks 13th in passing yards allowed per game (207.2). They have yielded 17 passing touchdowns, which is tied for 22nd in the NFL, but who is Mariota throwing to this week? Terry McLaurin and Treylon Burks are both out, leaving Deebo Samuel and Zach Ertz as the top targets. Jaylin Lane and Chris Moore will be out there, but neither is super reliable.

Start: WR Jaylen Waddle

The Commanders’ secondary has been hit hard with injuries. Will Harris is in his 21-day practice window, but he won’t play this week, and Marshon Lattimore and Trey Amos are on injured reserve, leaving Mike Sainristil, Antonio Hamilton Sr., Noah Igbinoghene and Jonathan Jones to hold down the secondary. Last week, Waddle roped in five catches for 84 yards and a touchdown. He’s scored a touchdown in two of the last three weeks, and it was his fifth game in six weeks with at least 82 receiving yards. Against a Commanders’ secondary that allows the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers, Waddle is set to feast again in Week 11.

Sit: QB Tua Tagovailoa

Yes, Waddle is set to have a big game, but that doesn’t mean his quarterback will. For the fifth time this season, Tagovailoa was held under 200 yards in Week 10. He is dependent on touchdowns for fantasy points, and while there is the potential for that to happen, it’s more likely the Dolphins run the ball down the Commanders’ throats this week. The Commanders allow the fifth-most points to opposing quarterbacks, surrendering a 22:5 touchdown-to-interception ratio and 8.9 yards per attempt. Take that with a grain of salt, though; the Dolphins historically do not play well overseas.

Sleeper: WR Deebo Samuel

Last week, Samuel had just four catches for 29 yards, but he also recorded a touchdown to add some extra points. With McLaurin and Burks both ruled out for Sunday, Samuel and Ertz will be the top targets for Marcus Mariota. Samuel is likely to be targeted more, though, and likely to do more with the ball when he gets it. Ertz isn’t the player he once was, and while he will play a part, Samuel is the one to watch for a big game.
