The Tennessee Titans had an off day, but their front office and coaching staff remained busy making some roster moves as they begin preparations for the Week 12 matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.

The first move was expected, and Tennessee moved quickly to place wide receiver Calvin Ridley on injured reserve with his broken fibula. This officially ends what has been a difficult 2025 season for the veteran receiver, who was unable to capitalize on his preseason connection with Cam Ward. Between drops and injuries, he was limited to 17 receptions for 303 yards.

To take his place on the 53-man roster, the Titans added veteran wideout James Proche from the practice squad. This will not be the first time this season that Tennessee has called on the receiver, as he has already been elevated three times in 2025 and is ineligible for game-day elevations.

Signing Proche helps a team that was in desperate need of depth after losing Ridley and seeing both Chimere Dike and Elic Ayomanor get banged up against the Houston Texans in Week 11. Those injuries forced the Titans to play the final minutes of the contest with only Van Jefferson and Mason Kinsey as healthy wide receivers.

With the Titans’ receiving room in flux, Tennessee also re-signed wide receiver Lance McCutcheon and signed Kristian Wilkerson to the practice squad.

The Titans will return to the practice field on Wednesday as they work toward their Sunday matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.Â
