In the least-surprising news of this entire week, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was named Week 12’s AFC Offensive Player of the Week following his efforts against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Allen led the way for the Bills (7-3) as Buffalo took a 44-32 win over the Buccaneers on the road… and then some.
Allen had six total touchdowns in the victory:
Ironically enough, Allen–who wears No. 17 for the Bills, earns his 17th OPOTW Award with this honor. He had three passing and three rushing scores against the Bucs.
It was clear Allen would win the award because he became only the second player to score six touchdowns in a game in the Super Bowl era… since Allen did so in December 2024.
The last Bills player to earn the weekly honor from the NFL was running back James Cook in Week 8.
