New Orleans Saints player features Scrim on cleats

A New Orleans Saints player is honoring one of the city’s biggest celebrities this Sunday. Defensive tackle John Ridgeway will wear custom cleats featuring Scrim, the notorious rescue dog who was on the run for months in New Orleans. The cleats were designed by local artist Sandi DeMeo to honor Zeus’ Rescues during the NFL’s “My Cause My Cleats” initiative. The cleats feature Scrim jumping out of a window.Ridgeway will sport these unique shoes as the Saints take on the Dirty Birds this weekend.
