And so it begins.

Following the league’s schedule release on Wednesday evening, the Denver Broncos have opened as 7.5-point home favorites against the Tennessee Titans in Week 1 of the 2025 NFL season, according to odds from DraftKings Sportsbook.

The over/under for total points scored between the two teams has been set at 43.5. The moneyline lists +295 for the Titans and -375 for the Broncos.

Denver scored 25.0 points per game in 2024 and allowed 18.3 PPG (43.3 total PPG). Tennessee’s offense averaged 18.3 PPG and their defense surrendered 27.1 PPG (45.4 total PPG). Combined, Broncos and Titans averaged 44.35 points per contest last season, a number barely above Week 1’s over/under line.

Meanwhile, BetMGM says Denver has +4000 odds to win the Super Bowl (14th-best in the NFL) while Tennessee has +20000 odds (worst in the NFL).

The Broncos are set to enter Week 1 with quarterback Bo Nix entering Year 2 in Sean Payton’s offense. The Titans are expected to start rookie Cam Ward, who was the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s NFL draft.
