Bengals wrap: late game push comes up short against the Patriots
The Bengals fall to the New England Patriots, 26-20, in Week 12.
During NBC’s Sunday Night Football, announcers Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth promoted the upcoming EA Sports Madden NFL cast, a video game-based live stream of the Cincinnati Bengals‘ Thanksgiving night (Nov. 27) NFL game against the Baltimore Ravens on Peacock.
NBC Sports is teaming up with EA Sports to present the alternate live NFL broadcast, intended to fuse gameplay elements from the Madden NFL 26 video game with traditional gameday coverage and live action.
The game is scheduled to kick off at Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium at 8 p.m. Eastern. NBC Sports will have a simultaneous main live broadcast on NBC and Peacock.
The Madden cast’s own commentary team includes former NFL defensive back Tyrann Mathieu (aka “Honey Badger”), Paul Burmeister of NBC Sports (play-by-play) and Madden NFL expert and former NFL quarterback Kurt Benkert.
The team is expected to utilize graphic overlays to discuss and predict play options.
Last December, Peacock partnered with Madden NFL 25 to live-stream an alternate feed of the Houston Texans-Kansas City Chiefs game.
