Observations

Joe Burrow (toe), who’s on track to start Thursday, was a full participant for Tuesday night’s practice. Burrow is still on the Reserve/Injured list, but will be activated Wednesday in order to make his return. Joe Flacco (right shoulder/finger), who will back him up, was a full participant as well.

Samaje Perine (ankle) went full and looks promising to play for the first time since being injured in Week 9. Perine’s return would come at a perfect time with Tahj Brooks (concussion) out this week in the concussion protocol.

Cam Sample (oblique) went limited and is trending toward at least being questionable for Thursday.

Observations

Lamar Jackson (toe) went full a day after he wouldn’t have practiced. Jackson has dealt with a knee and ankle injury in the past few weeks and played through both, so it won’t be a surprise to see him play Thursday.

Kyle Hamilton (ankle), and Travis Jones (ankle) were each upgraded to limited, giving them a fighting chance to play Thursday. Rashod Bateman (ankle) remained limited, and Keyon Martin (rib) went up from limited to full.

Taven Bryan (knee) was the only non-participant for Baltimore.
