Packers Jacobs good to go against Detroit, Nixon among 4 questionable

  • November 27, 2025

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Running back Josh Jacobs does not have a game designation on the final injury report and is good to go against the Lions on Thursday.

Jacobs missed last Sunday’s game against the Vikings due to a knee contusion he suffered the week prior.

The return of Green Bay’s Pro Bowl back gives them a scoring threat in the red zone, and between the tackles. This season, Jacobs has found the endzone in all but 2 of the 11 games he’s played this season.

Jacobs is also among the best at running between the tackles with 8 of his 11 touchdowns coming inside, the most in the NFL.

The Pack have four key players that are listed as questionable for Thursday’s game against Detroit. Cornerbacks Keisean Nixon and Nate Hobbs, as well as wide receiver Matthew Golden and linebacker Quay Walker.

Nixon exited Sunday’s game against the Vikings with a stinger, and was listed as limited in each of the last two estimated injury reports.

Green Bay will be without rookie receiver/kick returner Savion Williams, defensive linemen Lukas Van Ness and Karl Brooks on Thanksgiving.

They also ruled out wide out Jayden Reed, who has been on injured reserve since week two after surgery to repair foot and collarbone injuries.
