New York Jets running back Breece Hall made sure to give thanks on the holiday that many football fans consider the best of the year.
Thankful
Thankful for the life I live
Thankful to wake up this morning

Hall, 24, produced the X post early Thanksgiving morning, well before any of the day’s action got underway. In addition to acknowledging his thankfulness for his life, blessings, and even the criticism that comes his way, he also gave thanks to the Jets organization.
Compiling 766 rushing yards and two touchdowns on the ground (4.6 yards per carry), to go with 301 yards and a score on 28 receptions, the four-year pro is playing out the last year of his rookie contract with the Jets.
Set to enter free agency this coming spring, Hall’s future is a topic of ongoing debate and passion among fans.
Meanwhile, injured Jets wideout Garrett Wilson chimed in on a different note.
As many fans realize, the man the kids call G5 is hardly a prolific social media poster. Yet, on this Thanksgiving, Wilson made it apparent that he tuned into the first game of the day.
At one point in the Green Bay Packers’ 31-24 win over the Detroit Lions, Wilson provided his thoughts on a specific drive—most likely Jordan Love-led.
The official New York Jets X account also got in on the holiday cheer by creating and sharing a special Thanksgiving graphic.
Prominently featured are Hall and Wilson, along with rookie Mason Taylor, Jamien Sherwood, Jermaine Johnson, Quincy Williams, Will McDonald, and Joe Tippmann.
