Who to root for: Root for the Titans
Why: The Jags currently occupy the 6th seed in the AFC, one spot ahead of Buffalo. With a Bills win and a Jags loss, the Bills will move into the 6th seed and increase their playoff odds from 82% to 93%.
Las Vegas Raiders (2-9) at Los Angeles Chargers (7-4) | Sunday, Nov. 30 at 4:25 p.m.
Who to root for: Root for the Raiders
Why: The Chargers currently occupy the 5th seed in the AFC. With a Bills win and a Chargers loss, the Bills will move into the 6th seed at a minimum. If both the Chargers and Jaguars lose, Buffalo can rise as high as the No. 5 seed. That result would bump the Bills’ playoff odds to 94%.
New York Giants (2-10) at New England Patriots (10-2) | Monday, Dec. 1 at 8:20 p.m.
Who to root for: Root for the Giants
Why: The Bills trail New England by 2.5 games in the AFC East and the Patriots own the tie-breaker in head-to-head + division record.
Buffalo can still win the division — the easiest path to get there is to win out and have the Patriots lose a minimum of three games.
