The Carolina Panthers are one of twelve franchises that have never managed to lift a Super Bowl title.

Despite producing a few standout seasons, they have yet to reach that ultimate goal.

Realistically, this doesn’t seem to be the year they will break through, but there have been clear flashes of quality that could push the Panthers to the top in the near future.

The player who has most impressed Carolina fans is Tetairoa McMillan who, despite being a rookie, is putting together a season worthy of a veteran.

McMillan was selected with the No. 8 pick in the 2025 Draft, and while the team expected him to make a positive impact, no one anticipated it happening this quickly.

In addition to beating out all potential competition at the wide receiver position, his production ranks among the best in the league.

Through the first twelve games of his rookie NFL season, Tetairoa has recorded 783 receiving yards and 5 touchdowns.

Added to this rising talent wearing a Panthers jersey is Bryce Young, another promising player now in his third season at the highest level of American football.

Young has been a starter in every season since entering the NFL. This year, barring any surprises, he is on pace to break his personal best.

In 2023, he threw for 2,977 yards and 11 touchdowns; in 2024, for 2,403 yards and 15 scores. Now, with 11 games played in 2025, he already has 2,131 passing yards and 15 touchdowns.

Together with McMillan and another key offensive weapon, running back Rico Dowdle, Bryce Young is giving Panthers fans plenty to dream about.

Tomorrow, November 30, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., the Panthers face a very tough challenge as they must defeat the 9–2 Los Angeles Rams to stay in the race for the top spot in the NFC South, currently held by the Buccaneers.
