The New York Giants (2-10) will take on the New England Patriots (10-2) on Monday Night Football at Gillette Stadium in their 13th game of the 2025 regular season.

Opening the week, the Giants were listed as 7.5-point road underdogs, and that’s where the spread remains as of this writing.

How does the Giants Wire staff see this Week 13 battle shaking out? Here’s a look at our picks and score predictions.

Dan Benton: Patriots 27, Giants 23

Major changes for the Giants again this week — coaches in new roles, Jaxson Dart returning, Jameis Winston to the bench, and the potential for both Dexter Lawrence and Kayvon Thibodeaux to sit out due to injury. Meanwhile, the Patriots are humming under Mike Vrabel and behind Drake Maye, but the Giants tend to play things tight. Another fourth-quarter collapse on tap? Charlie Bullen hopes not, but as many things change, so many stay the same.

John Fennelly: Patriots 27, Giants 20

Can’t expect a win the way this defense has collapsed these past two months. The Giants don’t have the manpower to play 60 minutes on that side of the ball. This game may play out just like many others this season, with the Giants leading at some point in the second half, only to surrender the lead late in the game. With Jaxson Dart back, the National TV audience will get a treat as he matches up with Drake Maye, but it seems the Giants just don’t have the horses to pull off an upset here.

Tyler Henry: Patriots 31, Giants 21

The Giants’ offense will get an added boost with the return of Jaxson Dart. Unfortunately, this is a tough matchup for the Giants against one of the best teams in the NFL. I think New York will keep this game surprisingly close, as they have done against an onslaught of tough opponents all season long. Ultimately, I think the Giants fall short once again and extend their losing streak to 7 straight games.

Serena Burks: Patriots 28, Giants 20

The Giants are facing a New England Patriots team that looks vastly different than it has since Tom Brady left. With Mike Vrabel as head coach, the Pats have taken off this year and sit not only at the top of the AFC East, but they also lead the entire NFL this season. Drake Maye has thrived in Vrabel’s offense, but that could be shaky this week with both the starting left guard and left tackle missing the week with injuries. The Giants’ defense hasn’t done much to instill confidence, though, so it’s tough to say if they’ll be able to exploit that side of the ball. The Giants’ offense has no problem putting points on the board, but their defense under Shane Bowen left a lot to be desired. We’ll see if that changes this week after his firing, but even if it does, it probably won’t be enough to take down the top team in the NFL.
