Dolphins host Saints, Jaguars visit Titans | NFL preview video
The Dolphins return from a bye week to host New Orleans; the Jaguars hit the road to play at Tennessee; and the Bucs welcome Arizona.
It hasn’t always been pretty, but the Jacksonville Jaguars have been gaining ground in the NFL playoff race since their bye week. They’ve got a divisional game lined up this week when they visit the Tennessee Titans.
The Jaguars (7-4) have won three of their last four games with two of those wins coming in overtime, including last week’s 27-24 victory against the Arizona Cardinals. Trevor Lawrence threw three touchdown passes but also tossed three interceptions and lost a fumble in the win. Jacksonville is tied with the Bills and Chargers for the AFC’s wild-card spots and are a game behind the Colts for the AFC South lead.
Meanwhile the Titans (1-10) have lost six in a row and are in line for the NFL’s worst record for the second year in a row. Quarterback Cam Ward has had it rough in his rookie season, still waiting for his first 300-yard and multi-touchdown game. He played well in last week’s 30-24 loss to Seattle, throwing for 256 yards and a score.

Jaguars vs Titans predictions, picks for NFL Week 13Bill Bender, Sporting News
Jaguars 24, Titans 16: “The Titans have lost three straight one-score games, and they just cannot get enough run support for rookie quarterback Cam Ward. Jacksonville’s three road wins are by a combined total of nine points. Jacksonville has won five of the last six games in the series.”
Jaguars 21, Titans 17: “This is a be-careful game for the Jaguars with the Colts on deck next week. It’s also a second-consecutive road game at a place they haven’t played well in their history. Look for the Titans to hang around in this one, but the Jaguars will pull it out late.”
