34 – Fannin scored a 34-yard receiving touchdown, the longest of his career. With 47 seconds left before halftime, Sanders passed to an open Fannin at the 49ers’ 10-yard line. Fannin powered through two defenders, reaching the end zone for his third career receiving touchdown. The touchdown was Fannin’s first score since Week 8 against the Patriots. He is now tied with TE David Njoku for the team lead for receiving touchdowns. Fannin finished the game with three catches for 43 yards.
