As we arrive at the final five weeks of the NFL regular season, the quarterback market for 2026 continues to take shape.

USA Today’s latest mock draft this week projected one quarterback selected in the first round, with the proviso that the additions of Oregon’s Dante Moore and Alabama’s Ty Simpson — should they both declare — would alter that prediction.

CBS Sports had both of those quarterbacks going in the top 10, in addition to Indiana’s Fernando Mendoza to the Saints at No. 3.

Both of those mocks had two Ohio State defensive players going atop the draft with linebacker Arvell Reese to the Titans, who took quarterback Cam Ward first overall in 2025, and the Giants grabbing stud Buckeyes safety Caleb Downs at No. 2.
