The Jacksonville Jaguars will face the Indianapolis Colts in Week 14. This has the potential to become a trap game when you take into account that Indy hasn’t won a game at EverBank Stadium in more than 10 years. However, the 2025 squad is 8-4 and has enough talent to qualify for the postseason despite the fact that they’ve lost three of their last four games.

On the other hand, the Jags won three in a row and appeared to have picked up steam at the right time. Couple that with the fact that they could be getting reinforcements for the divisional matchup, and the Jags have a realistic chance to extend the streak to 11 years.

The Jaguars got Travon Walker back in practice

The Jaguars dropped their second injury report before the Colts game, and the most notable change is that Travon Walker is back in the fold. He did not practice Wednesday and had missed the past two games with a knee injury he suffered in the win over the Los Angeles Chargers.

It’s highly likely that the coaching staff is bringing Walker along slowly and wants to avoid exposing him to further risk. But the fact that he’s practicing shows that he’s trending in the right direction. On the other hand, safety Andrew Winagard (concussion), offensive lineman Chuma Edoga (calf), and left tackle Walker Little (concussion) remain unavailable.

As Ryan O’Hallaran of The Florida Times-Union noted on social media, only once this season has a Jaguars player suited up on game day after missing two practices the same week: Ezra Cleveland in Week 3. This is a long-winded way to say that there’s a strong chance Little and Wingard won’t suit up against the Colts.

Like Walker, wide receiver Parker Washington also practiced on a limited basis. He left Sunday’s win over the Titans with a hip injury. On the other hand, right guard Patrick Mekari was upgraded to full after being a limited participant Wednesday, so he should be a full-go. Ditto cornerback Jourdan Lewis (neck), linebackers Devin Lloyd (chest), defensive end Danny Striggow (knee), and Foyesade Oluokun (hamstring).

Apart from Walker and Washington, defensive tackle Arik Armstead (hand) and long snapper Ross Matiscik (back) got the limited designation.

— Jacksonville Jaguars (@Jaguars) December 4, 2025Travon Walker would give the Jaguars pass rush a massive boost

Having Travon Walker back in action would be huge. Already, the Jaguars’ pass rush has experienced in recent weeks after a strong start to the season. For his part, the former Georgia Bulldog told Jamal St. Cyr of News4Jax Thursday that he’s hyped up to be back in the fold, noting that it’s been difficult not to join his teammates on the football field.

“It’s always rough. I’m not playing,” Walker told St. Cyr. “I feel like that’s for anybody, even former athletes or whatever hurt or whatever it may be, it’s always gonna be hard watching your teammates go out there and battle, and you not be able to go out there and battle with them. So it was definitely a little difficult.”

Walker then notes that this is the most banged up he’s been since college but says that he is unfazed by the adversity.

“Obviously, it makes it a little tougher. But, I mean, what is life without lessons? That’s just how I look at it. I mean, God, put me in this position for a reason I’m not running from. I’m just trying to attack every obstacle best way, best way possible. I feel like that’s gonna make me into the man that I am,” Walker said.

Of course, there’s still a chance Travon Walker will sit out the Colts game, but the Jaguars will welcome him with arms wide open if he’s back.
