The Green Bay Packers are preparing to play their biggest game of the season this Sunday, as they will be facing the Chicago Bears with an NFC North title potentially on the line.
The Bears are entering the matchup in first place at 9-3. The Packers are right on their heels at 8-3-1. Chicago has reeled off five consecutive wins, while Green Bay has won three straight.

It’s entirely possible that these are the two best teams in the NFC right now, and they also happen to form one of the fiercest rivalries in sports.
While the Packers rely heavily on their stingy defense, the Bears depend a whole lot on their offense, which is absolutely loaded with weapons for Caleb Williams.
But Chicago could be without one of its top playmakers this weekend.
Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze has missed two straight practices with a foot injury, and now, there is serious concern about his availability at Lambeau Field in Week 14.

Odunze has one more chance to practice on Friday. If he doesn’t, it’s somewhat hard to imagine him taking the field against the Packers, which would be a major blow for Chicago.

The 23-year-old leads all Bears receivers in receptions, receiving yards and receiving touchdowns and is averaging 15 yards per catch in 2025.
Chicago selected Odunze with the ninth overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft and watched as he caught 54 passes for 734 yards and six touchdowns during his rookie campaign.
Meanwhile, Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed may be returning from his broken collarbone on Sunday. Reed has been sidelined since suffering the injury in Week 2, so Jordan Love has had to make do without his No. 1 receiver for most of the year.
Green Bay is still rather loaded at the position with Romeo Doubs, Dontayvion Wicks and Christian Watson, the latter of whom also recently returned from a torn ACL he suffered last season. Rookies Matthew Golden and Savion Williams have been banged up.

The Packers finally appear to be hitting their groove over these last several weeks, and their Thanksgiving Day road win over the Detroit Lions may have been their best victory of the season.
We’ll see if Green Bay can carry its momentum into this weekend.
