Adams and Kyren Williams remain limited in practice but should play Sunday

The Los Angeles Rams held their second practice of the week on Thursday and saw two players’ participation levels improve. Omar Speights was limited on Wednesday but upgraded to full on Thursday, which is a good sign.

The same goes for Davante Adams, who was limited on Thursday after missing the first practice of the week. Kyren Williams, Kamren Kinchens and Byron Young remained limited, and all are expected to play.

Poona Ford and Darious Williams were non-participants for the second straight day, but on Wednesday, Sean McVay said he expects them to play against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

There were no major changes on the Cardinals’ injury report Thursday outside of Kelvin Beachum being upgraded to limited and Xavier Weaver getting added to the report as a limited participant due to a hamstring injury.

Trey Benson, Greg Dortch, Marvin Harrison Jr. and Max Melton all missed practice for the second straight day, as did Walter Nolen III.
